To make a reservation simply click the client registration button. New clients will complete the registration form, returning clients will select appointment request at the top of the form page.
On arrival day, you may check in at any time during our operating
hours. We do ask that you check in by 5PM so your pet has a chance to
settle in before we close for the day.
On check-out day, you may check out any time during our operating
hours. If you check out after 1PM, you are charged for the day. If your
dog is being bathed or groomed on check out day, you may pick up your dog until 3PM without incurring an additional day charge. Sunday we are only open late afternoon as a customer convenience; there is always a charge for Sunday.
We are able to administer most medications.. Please make us aware of this need at check-in time. If your dog is taking medications with different dosing directions than what is on the label please include an instruction sheet with correct dosing directions. We have special accommodations for dogs with stitches or bandages. Please make us aware of any special needs your dog may have when you make your reservation so we can appropriately price your stay.
It’s a GREAT idea, and it’s free. Call us to book your overnight trial stay for any Tuesday or Wednesday. It is our treat!
Certainly, we’d love to play and interact with your pet and their favorite toy. We just ask that you limit the number of toys to 3 per pet.
Yes, families can stay together in our larger rooms. Please call us to discuss how we can make your pets stay more comfortable.
We can accommodate pets with special needs such as diabetics, geriatric pets, pets in heat, or other pets needing special care. Please discuss your pet’s special needs with us in advance.
We will administer medications as needed during our operating hours.
Prescription medications should be provided in their respective prescription containers, along with clear and written directions. We do offer medication administration for a nominal fee.
We will feed supplements as part of our full care package. Please see our current price list for more info.
We do not feed free choice hay. We feed two to three flakes of grass hay morning and night. This is plenty of hay to keep our horses healthy
and happy.
We will feed your horse special grain if you provide the grain and do any mixing necessary.
Yes, we offer a vacation options. We will clean your stall and turn your horse out for a small fee.
Just let us know and we will be happy to increase your services to full care while you are away. You can drop back to basic care board when
you are back in town.
Yes, as long as your horse has all of his shots and is healthy, we will gladly accept him and work with you to put weight on him. However, we will ask you to help us out by providing extra hay and/or supplements such as Nutrena Empower, beet pulp, timothy pellets, etc.
to help the horse gain weight along with the top quality feed that we will provide.
